And for longevity warm water is best consumed. Women especially, should avoid cold drink at all costs. I know that is hard to do… based on my limited knowledge however, I feel that you can get away with some cold liquids as you can counter the negatives by either soaking your feet daily, or, better yet extend your hot showers, or better yet, take long baths, or the best solution – go chill in the hot springs often. Mineral springs in particular are ultra healing… that’s why in Taiwan I go to hot springs several times a week. On the daily actually, if I have nothing in particular planned.
